3.2.1 Happy New Year

Living without limits.
 Loving beyond your know how.
Training with the greatest of expectations
So as the year {2010} comes to a close and we prepare for the new upcoming year, and all the adventures, challenges, the to do’s & must do’s that we will be faced with. This is the time of the year that we make these so called resolutions to ourselves. But here is the question that we should ask ourselves how important are these resolutions & what are we willing to sacrifice to achieve these resolutions. For there must always be sacrifice to be made for us to achieve what it is we have set forth for our accomplishments.
As of right now it is no longer about just myself or just one individual, but simply the passion for the betterment of me, you, and all of us as a whole...As more of you get involved and as more of you realize that there are no limits or barriers you can not reach...Today you might be down but tomorrow you will rise again greater than ever before...

Its time to be set free.
The only easy day was yesterday

So here is a picture that I found that gave me so much to think about. This is what ran thru my mind!
We all have felt at some point in time like we have yet to tap into our fullest potential. Asking ourselves is this it, is this all that it’s going to be? For those who have gotten pass the point of feeling trapped, disappointed, discourage, and have transformed themselves. Be it physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually I applauded you. But for right now this is exactly how I feel that I am trapped and I am fighting to unleash the very best in me. One of the things that I know sometimes happens is that we live in the past, remembering the days of our glory. Thinking that we haven’t changed or how easy it was for us to drop 10 or 20 lbs, or to alter things in our behavior. Its time to move pass those thoughts and push thru to achieve our inner greatness. I created this blog to keep myself accountable, to help inspire others, and to have others inspire me.

Welcome to Live Love Train. I decided to write this blog to share my experience, my theories, and my fitness journey with you. Fitness is not based solely on just a physical aspect, there is so much more to it than that. There is a mental, emotional and spiritual component to fitness as well.  All these things make up who you are, what you perceive about yourself, as well as how you interact with society on a whole. Being physically health is just one of the many benefits.
Keep in mind that all things are done thru God.
